If you licensed (or renewed) Flix Engine prior to April 5, 2010, use this form to contact us for product support. We make every effort to respond quickly to new cases, but in periods of high volume it may take up to 48 hours to respond.
Flix Engine licenses purchased after April 5, 2010 do not include support services. Please consult the flixengine-discuss mailing list instead.
