On2 Technologies Online Store Return Policy
The following terms apply to returns of On2 Flix product purchases:
- Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of the date of purchase.
- On2 awards refunds only for clear, demonstrable, reproducible defects in the software. Please review the On2 Flix Product feature list carefully before buying your software to make sure you're buying the right product. On2 will not grant refunds because a product lacks features that are not included in the features list.
- Products purchased from sources other than On2 (for example, our resellers or partners) must be returned to the company from which they were purchased and are subject to that company's return policies.
- If you purchased from our online store, we required that you sign and return a Letter of Destruction (PDF). We cannot issue credit until we receive the signed letter.
- If the product has been installed, the license serial number will be transferred back to On2 and permanently disabled.
- It may take up to 28 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
